Is this mod being dead and not going to be fixed or updated or something? Because I like the idea of having armor perks but just "Light Touch" and thus I wanted to give it a try. However... upon loading my save or starting a new game, the screen just fade to black while it sounds like the character is vomiting while hearing ghoul roars before the screen return to normal. This happens every 4-5 seconds. I deleted the mod because I realized that the mod was broken.
It never ceases to amaze me at how utterly screwed up some mods can be. Appreciate the hard work that I'm sure went into this. But it just goes to show you how hard this stuff can be.
I just took a look at this mod in FNVEdit. What is up with all the scripts? Like every script of the original game is included in this esp for some reason (I guess it's what happens when you recompile all scripts in GECK?). This mod is destined to have compatibility issues with every single other mod that changes any of the original scripts. A lot of mods do that. Not only bugfixes and balancing tweaks, but also mods like Freeside Open or The Strip Open, for instance. And it doesn't seem like any of the scripts are changed by this mod. So I just removed them all from the esp (except for the exo scripts). HOWEVER... as I'm writing this I discovered even more unnecessary (?) records. It changes Sw*nk's dialogue so it triggers some Hooverdam script (????????) instead of the original script. Again, simply removed these records from the esp. I'm wondering whether the Uploader ever took a look at the esp in FNVEdit - the fact that he advertised this mod as being compatible with any mod is baffling.
Nice mod there. But is it your intention touching a huge amount of vanilla ingame scripts? I have the bad feeling that some fiddle with nipton (since I had installed 4 perk mod and yours, oliver swanwick and vulpes inculta were being stopped from spawning leaving the whole quest around them unaccesible). Maybe my imagination as I looked through with FNVEdit.
PS: In case of spelling or grammatical errors I'm german and I#m not perfect in english ^^

The only scripts you need starts with exo also the dialogs are not necessary as sauruz said
Considering the modder has not posted for almost 2 years I am thinking this mod is abandoned
