**********************************************************************************

REQUIRES NVSE: Download Here.

1.2 is finally out. All the Perks are now fully compatible with other Mods, based on their DT. Cloth = DT 0 - 8, Light = DT 9 - 19. Medium = DT 20 - 25. Heavy DT 26+
The DT division only applies to OTHER mods, ingame armors will follow the same system as always.
Cloth Armor has been tweaked, it now decreases by 25% at Rank one then 50% at Rank 2.
Science Armor has been given a Personal Stealth Field.
This field acts as a Stealthboy effect with half the timer, the effect engages whenever the Scientist sneaks, as long as he or she is wearing the proper atire.
However the Stealthfield requires AP, and will Drain AP while its being used.

1.1 is out fixed a bug with poweramor, changed some stats around to balance them better, added spread accuracy to vats accuracy for those that dont use Vats.

Description.

Fallout New Vegas seems to go back to the idea of making Power Armor the armor EVERYONE should go for.
Its ridiculously overpowered, and yet there are only a few versions of them in the game.

Im against that, I believe in template creation.
For me thats a big part of the fun of RPGs, and specially Fallout.

Im not saying there is anything wrong with Power Armor,
but I WANT to have a Cloth wearing character, or a character that SPECIALIZES in Light Armor.
Or any other of the armor types as well.

So thats what I did.

Install.

Unpack to your Data folder.
Check the files either New Vegas Mod Manager or the Data files menu from the games Launch menu.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Compatability.

The Scientist Outfit perk might conflict with mods that changes Chems in any way.
This includes pintocat's chem sorter.
Because of this the Scientist Outfit perk lies in its own file,
if you want any of the other perks you can leave this one out.

The Armor Perks should not conflict in any way with other mods.
When installing another armor mod the perks will act based that armors DT.

Cloth = 0 - 8
Light = 9 - 19
Medium = 20 - 25
Heavy = 26+
Power armor will function normally with all mods.

Science perk does not follow this pattern, if there is another mod out there with Science specific Armors let me know.
