I don't know about you guys, but I was disappointed that the normal sniper rifle does more damage per shot (with %100 critical rate, from the x5 multiplier and gear/stats) AND fires faster than the .50 cal doomsday cannon I was saving up for. I couldn't stand for this. now the Anti-mat has the same critical rate and does the full 110 critical damage.

With that, you can silence the Gobi Rifle so you have a suppressed, less powerful assassination tool, and then a loud as hell, ultracannon when you just need something to die right now.
