You can find the "Uber Shooter, Inc." bunker located under Victor's Shack at Goodsprings...just look for a hatch on the floor inside.

The bunker/facility was apparently experimenting in cybernetics & AI research. One of their projects, Maybaline, can become a companion.

What is included:

- New home/bunker
- New companion
- Small quest and backstory (more coming later)
- Practice range with a variety of live targets
- Tons of new weapons
- Portable turrets
- New armor/outfits (more to come)
- New radio station (only on radios at bunker)
- Many, many misc. treats


What is currently being worked on for later releases:

- Maybaline's loyalty quest
- more armor/clothes
- new textures for all Quake weapons

Installation:


Place "FalloutNV_ubershooter.esp" and "FalloutNV_ubershooter.bsa" inside your "Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\Data" folder. Replace existing files if it asks.

The first time you launch Fallout make sure to click on "Data Files" then put a check next to "FalloutNV_ubershooter.esp".

IMPORTANT> If you are updating from an older version of this plugin make sure to load a clean save.

-Changed Maybaline's voice.
-Added one more small step in Maybaline's loyalty quest. I will finish it up once I create the needed interiors to explore.
-Tweaked the Quake 2 weapons textures and normal maps. I will eventually create high res. textures for the quake weapons if time permits.
-Fixed the Droid phone's proportions. (it's slimmer now)

changes from 1.31 to 1.40

-Seven additional targets were added to the PR.
-Portable floor turrets can now be found in the PR. To deploy them just pick up and drop from your inventory (items>misc).
-Added 2 new skies to the weather machine and tweaked others
-Adjusted ambient lighting at the main bunker
-Scaled back damage for the MkII versions of Odin and Saga.
-Upgraded Idun from MkII to MkX. MkII versions of Idun no longer exists.
-Loki has had its fire rate decreased.
-Grenadel had its fire rate increased.
-Loki and Grenadel now have custom fire sounds.
-Removed the companion wheel for Maybaline. She can still be commanded through normal dialogue.
-The Alheim suit now equips as stylish new dress for females.
-Maybaline now has her own "voice" and moves her mouth when speaking :P
-Added to Maybaline's quest. Be careful exiting the PR the first time. More to come still...

-Added a weather machine to the PR with 4 custom made (by me) skies. Working on more for future release.
-Fixed bug that caused Uber Maybaline to become stuck on the PR catwalk.

-Added one new weapon:
+ Idun (automatic slug rifle) - a quake 2 hyperblaser (very overpowered...nerf is imminent. Same goes for Odin and Saga)

-widened the catwalk at the PR
-added a terminal to spawn targets at one end of the catwalk
-added a switch to move companions up and down the catwalk ladder at the PR
-added a small reward for killing Project 12. Now, you can call your droid on a droid
-the catwalk at the PR (introduced last patch) was causing followers to get stuck in the bunker floor. This has been resolved for all vanilla followers and Maybaline. I strongly advise you against taking downloaded plugin companions into the practice range. Otherwise, you may have to fetch them later with the MoveTo command
-changed the night vision helmet's visual to a green effect instead of blue
-tweaked Sags's projectile speed to improve performance and visuals

-Added two new weapons:
+ Saga (rapid fire plasma machinegun) - a quake 3 bfg (still tweaking it's textures and weapon effects)
+ Vor (semi-auto pulse weapon) - a quake 3 plasma gun

-fixed weapon textures and normal maps for all uber weapons
-seriously reduced uber weapon damages (let me know what you folks think)
-reduced fire rate and number of projectiles for the Odin minigun (less lag on lower end machines)
-added a catwalk to the PR (practice range)
-brightened lights at the PR and reduced static light count by 1/2 (should help performance and visibility)
-introduced a script that cleans up weapons that are dropped at the PR
-super mutants at the PR now use miniguns only (no more flame weapons)
-raiders at the PR now use carbine weapons only (be careful :P)
-securitrons at the PR now use lasers only (no more rockets)
-removed the teleporting hat and added a map marker outside of Victor's shack

-Four completely new weapons:
+ Thor (shotgun) - a quake 2 shotgun (may replace this model with the q3 BFG later)
+ Loki (railgun) - a quake 3 railgun
+ Grendel (pistol)- a quake 3 grenade launcher
+ Valkyries (2h sword)- flaming 2h sword...Sorry, but NPCs dont know how to ignite Valkyries

-Small quest and backstory added (more to come!)
-Fixed all weapons so they use VATS properly (no more jerking)
-Moved the practice range to its own cell (big performance increase)
-Changed practice range layout and made it so turrets can be enabled/disabled
-Recreated navmesh at the bunker and fixed an issue with npcs getting stuck on the bed
-Added gloves to the Alfheim Uber Suit
-Created custom equip effects for the Alfheim suit and Maybaline's outfit
-Fixed an issue with turrets falling to the ground at the practice range
-Changed Maybaline's default outfit to a Mk II version
-Maybaline got a huge HP nerf
-Many other small changes

-Added force field barriers that you can enable/disable at the practice range. Projectiles (bullets, lasers, etc.) can pass through the force fields but NPCs and creatures cannot
-Kills at the practice range grant a max of 2xp per kill now
-Normal damage Thor and Odin are available at the lockers and have been appended with the "Mk II" designation
-Fixed a bug with Maybaline's aggression level
-Fixed a bug with Maybaline idling forever at the "bunker notes" terminal
-A few small bugs with NPC pathing within the bunker were also remedied (still tweaking the practice range)
