Reduces the chance of dismembering a limb or causing it to explode

Reduces the chance of causing dismemberment and limb explosions to one tenth of their original values. This modifies global variables and thus should work with any weapons added by other mods. Note that things like the Bloody Mess perk may still cause frequent gore effects.
This is meant to compliment one of my other mods, 'No Dismemberment For Guns' (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36852), which disables dismemberment only for 'small' guns and plasma weapons. If that is the type of effect you're looking for, use it instead of (or with) this mod.
