This mod doesn't seem to patch The Inheritance - the bug I'm encountering in The Inheritance is that I cannot get out of the Fiend's cave lair, and it gives me an infinite load screen when I try to get back out of the lair after clearing it out. This mod does not fix that. Additionally, I can't even open FONV with this mod installed in FOMM, even if I sort it out through LOOT.
This mod is almost ten years old, and hasn't been updated since its release in 2010. It was only designed to work with the game's original interiors, so using it to try getting out of modded spaces like the one you're stuck in won't work.
You could try using the console to get out of the cave you're stuck in. Hit the tilde(~) key below the Escape button on your keyboard and type in "coc goodsprings", without the quotation marks. Then, hit Enter. It should take you to Goodsprings, and hopefully whatever issue you're having is related to whatever's outside of that cave - far from Goodsprings.
Just a warning, don't use this to get out of casinos. Used it to escape the inner corridor maze at Gomorrah - and all checked weapons disappeared.
Forever, apparently. Thought going back into the casino and rechecking weapons might return them, but I was frozen at the doorway. No way further in or even back out.
p.s. A comment for the similar fast travel from interiors mod by Valgaror indicates the same issue/problem.
Fu... i mean, sexual Intercourse! That's sexually intercoursed up! Those Doors are really teleporters and when you use the teleporting doors to teleport yourself from the indoor cell of any casino it would be easier to have a script that gives you your Weapons back when you leave that cell instead of having that script execute at the front door only...
There is another mod that enables fast travel from indoors? Blech, i could've saved me some tedious work.

i have a f... bug, even after healing hp and rads by a doc it still says that i cant travel while loosing hp... so i cant fast travel anymore^^
