I can hear him speak though it's mainly buzzing. First time you meet him, he says: "Ah, so you're the mojito that survived the shot from Maria? I'm honored to meet you, Courier. At Big MT, I was known as Kamikaze Drone 0983, but around here, I'm Kaz."
Does this happen anywhere you are at or just in specific areas? I remember this happening late in the game when I was inside The Fort, but this was several years ago and I had deleted my old game save. Have you tried leaving the area before dismissing Kaz? Unfortunately, I have not progressed through the game long enough to test this properly.
Love him, he's such a little assassin, saved my ass 2 or 3 times from raiders that had me cornered now. (Not that they were a threat, could have easily killed them, but he just comes in and kills them like friggin Ezio or something XD)
I once installed this mod almost 5 years ago, and found the Cazador to be invisible. Now that I return to this mod, it seems that this has since been fixed, but I also noticed she still has texture issues. It can be fixed manually, via texture edits and use of the GECK. However, some people are very inexperienced, they may not know how to bypass this issue, and I'm surprised this hasn't been fixed, as it really should have been fixed a long ago.
