BAN - Reloaded v0.7b

This mod only makes a slight nod in passing to real world values.Realism and complexity were sacrificed for ease of use and gameplay value. If you want a more realistic reloading mod, I highly recommend Reload by FluidFire.

Do *NOT* under any circumstances attempt to reload ammunition in the real world using any values found in this mod!

The Reloaded Handbook note to enable BAN - Reloaded can be found on the reloading bench outside of the General Store in Goodsprings.

What this mod does:
- All calibers and ammo types have build/breakdown recipes (except no build/breakdown for all .22LR ammo types and no build for Surplus ammo types).
- Breakdown recipes have a fairly substantial penalty. They return 80% or less of what it would cost in materials to make the same round.
- Some calibers have had ammo types found in other calibers added to them.
- There are a few calibers that have some new ammo types.
- Recipes are visible based on repair skill.Visibility is tiered based on caliber (0, 25, 50, 75, 100).If you can not see the common build/breakdown recipes then you need to get your repair skill to the next tier.
- Ammo type schematics are scattered throughout the game world. If you find an ammo type schematic you will know how to make that ammo type for all of the calibers that have that ammo type. The recipes will not be visible unless your repair is high enough.
- The three common (well, common in this mod) ammo types (Ball/FMJ, AP, and HP) are known by default, but the recipes will not be visible unless your repair is high enough.
- The Handloader perk will unlock all recipes, but the recipes will not be visible unless...yada, yada.

What this mod does NOT do:
- No new calibers are added.
- Existing bonuses/penalties for ammo types have not been changed.
- No new weapons are added.
- Damages have not been adjusted.

Vanilla overrides:
- .44 Special, .38 Special, and .223 have a chance to return cases now.Who knows? You might want to reload some, especially .223.
- There are new FLSTs for .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, .45-70 Gov't, 10mmm, 9mm, .50 MG, .308, 5mm, and 12.7mm.If you use another mod that also make changes to these lists (not recommended) you will have to make a merged patch so that they work together.
- Every vanilla reloading recipe has an added condition check for the Reloaded Handbook note.If you have the note the vanilla recipes are hidden and the BAN - Reloaded recipes are shown. If you use another mod that makes changes to vanilla recipes (not recommended) load that mod after BAN - Reloaded and those recipes should also be shown.
- The weight of lead has been changed from 0.0014 to 0.00014.7000 lead is now a pound.
