Looking anything up in stewies tweaks feels like im at the Manhattan project designing a damn nuclear bomb like it cant be that hard to make a proper search bar
Bug: Recharger pistol / rifle starts from 0 ammo when you switch to it, it should start at full, since they reload in the background, or reload slowly in the background as to not be abuseable
I don't think you know what a "bug" is. Recharger weapons starting at 0 is intended by the devs, and this mod simply doesn't address it. With the same logic you could say that it's a bug that you don't drop excess rounds if you reload early.
It remembers ammo which is great however it does not remember what ammo you were using? It automaticcaly changes to the cheapest ammo type or something
Hi, everyone. I've been using this mod for the better part of...536 hours according to Steam. I finally have an issue to report!
Put simply, for my new playthrough it has stopped working no matter which weapon I use. Thankfully this issue did not appear until my melee weapon character!
I disabled and re-enabled it, then I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. Beyond that, I would rather turn here than start monkeying around without a clue.
Got any suggestions? Thanks! This is a great mod, to be sure!
Try using a reload mod that isn't 10 years old. lStewieAl's Tweaks has what you're looking for and more. Not sure if it will work out on your existing saves but it might.
lStewieAl's Tweaks doesn't have "remember ammo count on weapon switch" feature tho, so you can still exploit vanilla insta reloading by reequipping your weapon.
Quick note for anyone having trouble with getting it working. It seams to clash with some other mods and even newer versions of NVSE's. I did manage to get it working though, you just need to download FNVEdit and make a merge patch and make sure it is at the end of your load order. You will need to delete your old merge patch and make a new one whenever you install new mods though to make it work properly again.
I'm not sure what the issue you're trying to fix with that OWB patch, but it seems to break the K9000's growling ability. Most people probably won't care, but you might want to include that in the description.
I've downloaded this mod and sepite being 7 years old since the last update I have no problems with it so far. I also have lStewieAl's Tweaks but he unfortunately doesn't have that option. Aparently used to have it but It had problems, I haven't encountered any so far with this mod. And yes my game is heavily modded. I have about 134 active pluggins and i'm scared of putting one single more. But i'm fine so far.
Here is a clip i made demonstrating a couple things. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9L_Cle6re0&feature=youtu.be
I'm in a Game studies class and I ended up citing this mod during a final paper on Metagame design and modding, and I just wanted to say thanks for developing this!
