is there a way to disable hotkey redirects? being left handed i use the keypad for controls, so having it use up an item or change weapon in the middle of gameplay is getting annoying (i use plus for sprinting with sprint mod, so that combined with directions makes me keep using the hotkeys).
just changing them doesn't seem to work, i'm unable to change any button binding for some reason.
Very good mod. Tricky to figure out. You get a message that a hotkey token but it is not findable. And you dont need it. You click shift 1 for example and it makes the binding but it makes the same binding to1 also. You make the shift and alt allocations. After you are done redo the non shift and alt allocations as you do in normal game.
I got a quick notice to the top left that the hotkey token was added when I started my save. Does not show up however in inventory. When I tried it however by adding my stimpacks to Shift+1, it works. I also tried it when using my 9mm pistol to number 1 aswell and it works perfectly for me.
It uses the same window so to speak when you add hotkeys so you cannot see the change there in the pip-boy, so first I hotkeyed my stimpacks to Shift+1 and then I put my 9mm pistol to the number 1 key just for aesthetic reasons only.
I urge people to give this mod a go, this was a godsend.
It doesn't work. Not only I can't find any HOT KEY TOKEN, whenever I equip the gun with hotkeys, the magazine upgrade doesn't work. So if I have hunting shotgun with fully modded, it equipped with only 5 shots instead of 8.
Did you use Fallout Mod Manager? If not, that may be why. This mod is from a time where Nexus Mod Manager Barely worked and was filled with bugs, meaning that it likely will not download this mod correctly
