Is it possible that it doesn't work with newer versions? :( I'm playing for the Legion endings and I wanna see the Boone spits in the eye ending of NV. I "installed" this mod, but there's no gift option/dialogue :'( (I activated the mod in the data menue/options.) Please can somebody help me? (Excuse my bad English; it's not my mother tongue.) Cheers!
I just used it. Each gift gives one point. I added one gift at a time and talked to him after each gift and it worked. This is the only time I was ever able to get his quest. So many other times a quest somehow bugged out. I think the one that always messed me up was "I put a spell on you" because I had Boone wait and he didn't see me do all the action on that quest. The gifts work perfectly one at a time. You need 5 points to open his quest and it works.
Thanks for this mod. It helped on a character who wasn't going out of her way to do NCR work. You may want to put a note in your instructions that the gift giving shows up in dialogue. I thought it might be in my inventory.

Appreciate you making this. The other companion quests can be completed at any time but Boone's is so tied to specific events you almost have to meta-game and reserve certain quests for when he's with you. This is also a neater and more lore-friendly alternative to consoling it along.
I love this mod so much. I was wondering if you make a mod with the same effect for Arcade. Perhaps, all the others with quests that have activators and "points".
This is really helpful. I'd managed to bug up the quest with those crucified guys in Nelson, so a way to easily earn back the points I'd missed was just what I was looking for. I've heard Raul's quest is also tricky to start, maybe you could make a mod for the other companions?

The gifts work perfectly one at a time. You need 5 points to open his quest and it works.
