Try to play in Hardcore mod with this mod and surely you'll uninstall it with light speed. Useful as Master Trader Perk in FO3 or else the philosophy that ruined the pleasure of gaming. Nice try bro but useless.
Nice balance tweak. Not going to use it, since I am swimming in the health-restoring items regardless of how I play the game, but... It is still a good tweak : )
As I've been playing New Vegas, I don't know if it's due to another mod that I've got. But I get between 1-3 stimpacks in the first aid boxes, and then not even one but just some additions like Jet or Physco. Though it's a good idea for those people who want to make hardcore mode even harder.

Weedee0@ like a vault safe? I didn't change that cause in most cases your not going to find stimpaks.
Now if you do find stimpaks laying around I left those behind since that add to the storyline.
What about other containers? Like Safes.
