EDIT2: I'm using the console command "Player.additem 110044e2" but I get the error "Item '110044e2' not found for parameter ObjectID"
Far as I've noticed, it is a known problem in both Fallout3 and Fallout NV that the Additem command does not work. I haven't managed to find an answer yet, but I'll keep searching. I'll leave this here just in case. EDIT3: Confirmed, no additem codes works for me.
May want to put the schematic in a more lowbie friendly place, though. Where it is now, by the time you can reach it with out getting your butt kicked, you don't need it any more XD

On a semi-related note: Any plans to fix the Rock-it launcher schematics? Already in the game yet.. doesn't actually function.
