   No, you need to go to the Bethesda forums and search for DarnUI and find the New Vegas one.

   It's DarN UI and as of present you can only find it on the Bethesda forums. Just search it up and you should find it straight away.

    Thank you, and crosshair colours through texturing I don't think would come out well if at all, since it's dynamic and also uses the HUD's colour scheme. Colouring it would probably just make it darker. If you want a different crosshair colour though, I think you'll have to change the whole HUD colour as the crosshair colour can't be changed separately, as far as I know.
