Permissions and credits
To use this mod, you have to unpack those files to your data folder and activate BOTH .esp files. Unfortunately those are master files, so if you want to mod them, you have to make a plugin for them. Why are they master files ? Explanation below.

Basic info - it's not so rare as before, can be used by Super Mutants, NCR Heavy Troopers and BoS. Ammo isn't so scarce as before, together with 12.7mm. Autocannon has been retextured, with much better range, ammo and lower skill requirements - imho it's more balanced now than before.

Pros:
Lower strength requirement (from 8 to 7)
Lower skill requirement (100 -> 75)
Lower weight (15 -> 13 lbs)
Better durability (200 -> 250)
Lesser spread (from 1-3 to 1.1-2.0)
Lower AP cost in VATS (50 -> 30)
Projectiles have much, much better range.

Cons:
Slower Rate of Fire (from 3 to 2)
Less grenades in drum (30 -> 8)
More Expensive (base cost from 5200 to 6300)

Ammo changes:
I've changed the basic 25mm grenade to Armor Piercing. You may ask why, but I didn't see the big difference between normal and HE ammunition to be honest - both types of ammo have basic value of 13 caps per round. In vanilla, Grenade Machine Gun is obtainable so late, that most of your enemies are heavily armoured with very high Damage Threshold (ex. Deathclaws). Armor Piercing grenades are great against heavy armored foes like Deathclaws and Super Mutants, especially groups of them.

Others - Added Boomer's Combat Armor, wield by Nellis AFB Front Guards.

PS. It's a beta, if you have any problems with game using this mod, please turn it off and tell me about issue.
PS2. Both files are a master files, cause my FNV had big problems with save files I had to use FNVMasterUpdate to solve this problem. It turned all my plugin files to master - unfortunately, it's the only method for me to play Fallout New Vegas without CTD's every quick/manual/autosave.
PS3. Could anyone help me with too fast firing cannon ? It looks silly with slower rate of fire.
