    A pretty cool addition to Cottonwood Cove, though the cottage with all the mannequins is a little over the top, in my opinion. I ended up disabling the spinning neon signs for my own playthrough.

    Drop this under Dust 2.0 and the thing works like a charm~ Very nice with 4 buildings on the overlook, and two mouldering huts at the foot of the cliff.
    Note: Cottonwoodcove03 has a well rested Queen bed.

    @RideTheCatfish Hey I was wondering what the news are on any current projects your working for on new explorable locations?
    I am still running all your three building mods and I am hoping that your still going to release something new.
    Lol I've been running your mods since day one and I would have to say, I would not want to run my game without them, because something would be missing I am too used to seeing around, ya know?
    Anyways, hope your still around and that your working on something new.

    In addition, I've made yeast more common as a piece of loot, because before hand there were maybe two places you could find it. For crying out loud, it's yeast.

    Dry yeast will only last about a year unfrozen, ten years frozen (it's actually live yeast in a growth medium encapsulated by dry shells of dead yeast.)

    Nobody's going to be finding usable pre-packaged yeast lying around in abandoned buildings in 2281. It's typically cultured from fruit, which is extremely unlikely in North America's driest desert.

    The most plausible take is to add it to merchants associated with the NCR (i.e. Crimson Caravan, obviously with all the booze being made and consumed in New Vegas they'd need a source of supplies since the Mojave can't produce any of the biomass involved,) as though it were an import from whatever remains of California's irrigated farmlands.

    I didn't realize until after this that editing the base information of clothes (especially hats) causes them to glitch.

    Great work so far on the mod, I especially enjoyed the cheeky little shack of questionable affection. I have noticed however that the

    pimp hat and shirt seem to just barely float over the surface of the bed. Whenever I pick one up the other falls through the world. I've tried shooting both of them off the bed but the same thing happened.
    Could it be something on my end?

    the d3d fix is obsolete. They fixed that with the latest patch about 8 or 9 days ago.
