I've noticed that the version that says it doesn't increase run speed still makes me run faster. I like the faster walking a lot, but now running feels super quick, and sprinting is like a jack rabbit on cocaine...
You most likely have something else installed that affects movement. The only thing these mods do at all is modify the base movement speed and multipliers. I could see a conflict with scripted mods that affect movement, easily.
I added this I added the one were (I think) you don't get pen for holding a 2 handed rifle I think I noticed a difference in running speed have to turn it off and compare will update later on
Works great (could be even slighly more faster though imo). I was also wondering if it was possible to add a smooth transition after switching from walking to running(I always play fpp, so I the tpp animations don't really bother me - they can be silly). Vanilla choppiness in this case is horrible. Walk - 0, run - 1, no animation in between... :/
I'm glad to see my small mods are still finding use to players of the game- thank you for the note. To answer your question, to add a transition animation or even to scale the speed of motion would require scripting - something this mod does not currently have, and to keep system overhead low and compatibility high, I would prefer not to add it.. as it is now, it's a simple tweak to a few variables, no more.
