Quick and dirty fix for the broken Ninja perk. There is a bug in the formula used to calculate the critical chance bonus that makes the perk almost completely useless. This fixes it.

Quick patch for the broken Ninja perk. The text of the perk says "Increase critical chance by 15%". Every other perk that does that adds a flat X% chance to the critical chance. Ninja instead multiplies the existing critical chance by 1.15.
Old formula: 10% crit + (15% of existing 10% crit) = 11.50% critical chance.
