Excellent mod. It helps me keep track of the fine details as I go. Just a heads up though, there are 2 minor errors I've found in some of the functions I explored.
In cell L34, I changed =IF(G14=1,15-IF(G14=1,0.5*O26,0),0) to =IF(G14=1,25-IF(G14=1,0.5*O26,0),0) to account the 0.5 point gained each level past 30 from the intelligence implant
In L35, I changed =2*(30-O27)*COUNTIF(C33:C57,"Educated") to =2*(50-O27)*COUNTIF(C33:C57,"Educated") to account the extra 2 points gained every level past 30 from educated
Mad bomber does not have a description on the second page. This is all on version 3.3 I believe.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks for the feedback! I could not correlate the cell values you listed to my current version of the sheet, so I am guessing you are referring to the No-DLC version? I checked and this logic appears to be correct on the current version.

I just did an update run since I felt like playing the game again (going super LOUD run this time... a first!) and decided to just get rid of everything but the full version with all DLC's included. The game and DLC's are cheap enough constantly that I think it can be taken as a given almost everyone's going to have the DLC at this point anyway.

    In response to post #61421182.

    Spoiler:
    Show

Good to see this old sheet's still getting attention!

Thanks!  Have been working with it for a while and think I screwed it up some.  Have tried to merge it with a planning sheet.  One where skill points can be penciled into coming levels to achieve desired Perks (Jury Rigging at Level 16 requiring 90 level Repair).  Excel skills are deficient and it'll take some VB to work out the logic, but having a project is a good thing, right? Taking another crack at it on the next run through.

Don't know whether it's me being obtuse, but have to ask: In column 'C' pf Perks, what do the letters, (D, G, H, L & O) denote?

    Letter / Perk(s)
D: In Shining Armor, Junk Rounds, Light Touch, And Stay Back, Old World Gourmet, Heavyweight & Hobbler
    G: Mad Bomber
H: Grunt, Home on the Range, Sneering Imperialist, Tribal Wisdom, Eye for Eye & Fight the Power!
    L: Alertness, Walker Instinct, Voracious Reader, Irradiated Beauty, Lessons Learned, Tunnel Runner, Roughin' It, Burden to Bear, Broad Daylight, Certified Tech, {Karma-Based Perk}
O: Implant GRX, Atomic, Mile In Their Shoes, Them's Good Eatin

They stand for the mod the perk comes from - Dead Money, Gunrunners, Honest Hearts, Lonesome Road, and Old World Blues.

Good to see this old sheet's still getting attention!

After receiving some feedback, I've edited the sheet slightly. Apparently the XBox version of the game allows players to get a bonus implant if you take the Endurance implant. This doesn't work on the PC version, but I've edited the formula slightly to account for that. Version 3.2 reflects this change.

I decided to dust off New Vegas and as part of that I decided to dust off the spreadsheet, too since it's such a handy tool for me to use too!

The spreadsheet has been updated to version 3.1 and it now includes all Lonesome Road content including perk selection up to level 50. I also fixed several bugs that I didn't notice when I expanded the cap the last time I updated it.

I also removed the Data Validation from the Books row so you can type in whatever you want in there.

Great work mate, just an FYI though - the skill system is still set for the level 45 cap.

since Lonesome road add 5 more level, I changed the number of level from 44 to 50 so total skill number calculated as
    =ROUNDUP(L25*50;0)+(2*(45-O22)*COUNTIF(C26:C50;"Educated"))-IF(G10=1;0,5*O21;0)

    is that correct ?

also I changed number of books from 4 to 7. 4 to 9 ... based on each type of book and add 3 more perk slot at lvl 46, 48, 50

I've tried to download this file, but it won't seem to download.

    http://fs2.newvegasnexus.com/download.php?file=CharacterGenerator14-Vanilla-36628.zip&domain=newvegasnexus.com

Is the webpage it lands on after the ad - but it just a blank white page.

I'm able to download other mods just fine....
