   Request for guidance please from downloader who has been able to install and work?
   
   I can't get this to work, the default option keeps showing. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager to install and manage.
   
   I've also tried to install manually as directed by the readme, but with no effect. The Clutter>Health folder appears alongside the file fat.dds, but in game the default vanilla Radaway appears. 
   
   Any constructive guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

   Hm, I've never even played the more classic versions of Fallout. But, I now question why they changed it. This looks excellent!

    AWESOME mate, i also would like to see many small High definition mods for other items.
