i am surprised that so many people are having trouble with this mod. i have been using this for the last 50 game hours and haven't been experiencing any game breaking bugs.
sometimes my low-end laptop lags due to the added npc's in certain locations, sometimes it crashes/freezes for no explicable reason, and sometimes my save files get corrupted. but those are common issues for new vegas, and i've been having them even before i used populated wasteland. oh, i'm using v0.3e with fnv to the latest patch and nvse.
it's quite hard to play the game without it once you used it, because it adds a lot of mood to the game. i surely hope someone will continue updating this mod, if i was any good at modding i probably would ,but i'm not.
arn13, if you're reading this, please continue developing this mod, one way or another, this is a remarkable work you've done, thank you!
I'm still endorsing this file as IT did work very well until the big patch release. Something is now fubar'd...Lots of crashes in and around Primm/Goodsprings area, even whilst trying to complete Sunny's little Gecko chores. I remember from old that the first two Geks were yours to kill, now As soon as sunny tells you they are there she begins to blast away, even though they are NOT on my radar...Possibly the introduction of the new geks in and around south prim is causing a problem as well....I can on occasions 'get' to primm, but trying to complete anything in this area usually CTD.... Hopefully you can bug the debug the mod and release a Non ctd version...AS NV is awfully barren without this mod in place..
