   the reason the iron sights don't work is not because of animations, but because the NIF is wrong. the rifle is slightly off center and angled wrong. a slight adjestment to the NIF would fix it.

   Edit: I just read his comment about adding the Assault Rifle, he is for sure going for the nostalgia. I will endorse if I remember to.

   Wait, no Iron Sights? Sorry, I give it a thumbs down. No iron sights, no download. Bethesda was too lazy to do Iron Sights, I dont need that from the modders as well.

   I added some fallout 3 weapons to nv the american assault rifle, chinese assault rifle, the double barrel shotgun from point lookout and the alien weps from zeta though i dont know how to add them to the leveled lists can someone help me?

   Well, if you want some weapons from Fallout 3 in New Vegas
   just tell me...
   Maybe I will add the Assault Rilfe when I have enough time.
   Because I also have to manage my Half-Life 2 Mod...

   You should add the Assault Rifle, too (assuming the mesh/texture is in NV as well).

    You can probably use one of the animations for the other rifles that already exist NV.
