Do you know how to make the effect compatible with mods like realistic four eyes? I've tried it as is but it doesn't seem to really work. Fiddled around in geck and I only get the stat benefits of wearing the glasses outside of actually clearing up the eyesight.
World models are broken. If you drop an item you get a big white-on-red exclamation mark. If you plan to use the world models from the FO3 version don't bother, they are also broken if you use them in NV. Best to change the world models in the ESP to some default model, like "Characters\Hair\GlassesThreeDogGO.NIF".
Anyone looking to add the sunglasses merchant to their game should be advised that it will break dialogue for other mods' NPCs. I'd recommend avoiding it unless you know how to fix it yourself.
The round sunglasses (which were the reason why I downloaded this mod) always have clipping problems with my character's eyebrows. Does anyone know if there's a fix for this aside from Nifskope modeling?
You may be able to alter your character's brow area thru the char-generation thingy; open the console and enter showracemenu to activate the thingy in-game, then check the face customization options. Do a save beforehand in case things go wrong somehow.
I've already tried that, but then my character wouldn't look like I want him to be: with this angry look on his face (and becomes a pure rage face when he starts shooting). I don't want to sound mean or ungrateful, but that's literally the first thing I did (I should've said it though).
There are going to be some faces that some of the glasses just won't fit well on, and it sounds like you have found one of those. Dunno what else to suggest short of trying to alter his face further.
its an old mod I believe it was called something like black mercenary gear, but the mod isn't available anymore, I think the mod author took it off the site.
