Thanks for uploading, but it seems that this bug is solves in one of the patches (I don't know wich, but I installed all patches and after that I did not have any pink hands anymore).
This should work to fix it: Get the new FOMM, open "Fallout - Textures" (in your Fallout Directory) in the BSA Unpacker and type "child" intor the searchbox. Now extrude all textures/characters/child into your Data-Folder(so that it reads Data/textures/characters/child until you can see the .dds-files).

Thanks man, but i didnt really understand how to do it, whats "the new FOMM" and what does "extrude" mean?
