If you get the files from a different readius skin mod(one with a blank background), you can take the files called screen.dds and screen_n.dds and put them into the textures/scorptech/readius folder. That will give you a blank background, or whatever background was with the mod you got.
I would really like to know how to remove the wallpaper in the readius pipboy since it makes it hard to read and see some stuff, so if anyone know please tell me how
First, I'd like to say this is a great mod. I love the readius PipBoy and this retexture for it is great. However, I didn't really like the screen background. It kinda made it hard to read what was on the screen. So, I actually customized my own version. It still has the Hexagon texture on the readius itself, but I got rid of the screen picture and added the colored Stats; Items; and Data buttons from another readius mod on the Nexus. It was actually really simple. If anyone wants to know how to do it, just ask, and I'll post it right here in another comment.

I recommend you calm down a bit. You'll find no one answered you because it's not a mod. Try looking in the games options screen...

In there you'll find the options for HUD colour and Pip-boy colour.
