   Will this mod ever be updated again? It hasn't been updated in six and a half years.

   Its these kind of obscure homes that got me into modding, I much prefer to use these in my game than the homes with fish tanks in the wall and huge armoury's but I suppose that's just a preference either way great job!

   Thanks for checking in Breton Warrior. The things I mentioned are relatively minor and hardly mod breaking. I would like to have the briefcase usable, though. I love this mod! I've even recommended it at the No Mutants Allowed forum. I think the view of Vegas at night is great! The setting, at the site the Courier is shot, is a fitting place to set up a base.

   I've drifted away from NV a bit but dropped by to see how things are going, Wow 32 endorsments
   I'm amazed, Look even I know its not a bad Mod but I'm blown away with how many really enjoy
   this rather small but fun to make Mod.
   
   @Richwizard, no promises but I'll see what I can do if I get drawn back to NV, I have downloaded
   all the last DLC's (even those little ones) so I suppose I should go back and check them out.
   
   Again my thanks to all the comments and help I've had with making this one.

   Praise to the Breton Warrior! I loved this mod in FO3 and I love it here. As I said for the FO3 version, I wouldn't start the game without it. I always use your water towers as bases in both games. Aside from being functional, the upper deck provides an awesome view of Vegas in the distance, especially at night.
   
   There is something I want to mention, however. On the upper floor, you have placed a few items that are nonfunctional. On the floor, under the counter with the lab set, there is a metal briefcase that doesn't work. It was the same in version 4. You should make that available for storage. On the reloading bench you have placed a revolver, and on the shelf above it you have placed a rifle, neither of which can be picked up. Are you trying to torment us with these guns? If you don't want to give away free guns in your mod, you should make these guns available, but at 0% condition. That would be a little less cruel and at least practical. They could then be used for repairing other guns.
   
   I see you updated the description page just today. You said you "believe it is now finished". Please, at least make the metal briefcase work before you let it go! Ammo boxes on top of the gun cabinet and the lockers for extra storage would be nice too.

   Thanks Breton Warrior, that you ported the Water Tower to New Vegas.
   Thats the perfect place for the tower. I wish I could live in such a water tower in real life.
   Damn, I dont't know how to add images, this new design confuses me.
   Edit: found the button, finally.
