You should make the normal Rebreather at the gas station, But make it only add like 20 second's of extra breathing, And make the MKII part of the quest line or something and that allows breathing to takeplace forever, Because i never quite understood how easy it was to get the rebreather that had no downsides.

It sucked that the only rebreather in the game was a damn quest item, and that you had to jump through hoops just to get to the point where you could get it.
I mean, sure... it's not like there's a LOT of places to go underwater... but the -option- is nice.
