Added infinite unique throwing spears for The Raul Legate version, deleted his unique .44 pistol.
Another Version uploaded. This one changed from Arcade to Raul, because his story script is neutral, so he won't leave you if you side with Caesar or harm NCR.
The EXACT clone of Legate Lanius, from stats to class to everything, except the skin. a strong companion.
He level along with the PC, don't take him to fight a bunch of deathclaws early in the game. But he's pretty much unstoppable late in the game.
He still has Arcade story script, so if you destroy the NCR, or side with Caesar, he will leave you. I will make Raul Legate clone later, since his story script is neutral, so he won't leave you.
I added a few perks to Arcade to make him even better
