how would a guy go about changing that dependancy in FNV Edit?
still crashes at startup ...... truly unfortunate since I really wanted this house mod as part of my "Courier Hideouts" I was stashing around the Mojave.
If it crashes the game at startup, there's a chance that the .esp has one of the 'dlc' pre-order packs set as a master.
The easiest way to prevent this problem, in the future, is to move those specific .esm files to a different folder for the duration of your modding projects.
I don't know how to actually -clean- the dependency from your mod, however. When I tried to do so, my file ended up horrifically corrupted. You might be best asking around for assistance on the Bethesda Softworks forum, under New Vegas Geck if this is the case.

use fallout mod manager ( it works for fallout 3 and new vegas)

That just kills your preorder bonus.

If not... sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
Keep up the solid work, though!
