READ THIS ! I hope you guys know that you dont even need this mod. If you dont want to get vilified by powder gangsters just after you finish the totural with sunny, go to the nccr prison and do the missions you get there when youre done there come back to goodspring and go to trudy and do the town mission help out ringo. after you have done it you shouldnt get vilified because you already have a good enough rep because of the missions you did for the gangsters duhh
Like Kanemoto said you can have the town kill them, or use a Stealth Boy and a Silenced weapon to take them out, if you stay hidden, your kills wont get drop your faction rep.

Do you really think that's "broken"? Murdering people's friends is sort of a big deal, even if you DID run some errands for them.
Another solution to this is to wait until you've got a silenced weapon (if you're lucky Chet will be selling a silencer for the Varmint Rifle right away) and pop the Powder Gangers from range with sneak attacks.
