I won't do it but I'll tell you how to do it, does that sound fair to you?
You will need the Geck of course. Open the rangerpatrol.esp in the Geck and under Items look for the armor section, in the list you'll see 0ArmorFreeRangerPatrol and 0ArmorWoodRangerPatrol, these are the two armours added by the mod.
Select one right click and click on Edit, it will open a dialogue window in which you will be able to modify many different things.
You can rename them (only don't modify the ID). You can edit the DT to make the armour even better. You can change the weight or its price with the value setting. You can make it last longer by increasing its health. You can even change the armour type if you click on the Medium (next to the weight) and select Light (so it can be used with the Light Touch perk for instance).
Also if you don't like being stripped of your armour you can tick the Quest Item box. The armour will be considered as a quest item and it won't be taken from you (even in Dead Money). The only drawback is that you won't be able to have it repaired by NPCs (but you can still repair it yourself). Remember to untick the box if you ever want to get rid of the armour.
You can even select an Object Effect in the list so wearing the armour will give your character some advantages and bonuses normally granted by other armours. It's possible to make an entirely new Object Effect. Look for Object Effects above Items in the list and create a new one (right click and select new). You can edit and existing effect but don't forget to rename the ID so it won't apply to all existing items that rely on this effect. Bear in mind that some effects are meant to be used for weapons so you want to select the Apparel Type for an armour. The Name of the effect that figures under the ID will appear in the Pipboy so feel free to be creative.
Ok so that should help you to get started with your overpowered custom version of these armours. Feel free to ask if you need more hints (there are some really cool video tutorials on youtube that you can consult on the subject of item editing and making in the Geck).
I've decided to fix the stance problem in this mod as I've never heard from the modder responsible for the stance fix (it's just the matter of unticking a box so credit for finding this out should go to Karelia).
The armours are now repairable with Combat Armours and I've also fixed the Novac version (the ownership wasn't properly flagged -sorry for the oversight).
Also Berzerker0bg I do apologize for the delay. I haven't checked this page in a long time.
