Cool, More perks makes this game more interesting, especially with level cap 100... All though I never did get to the original game level cap (off topic)
Great, I'll try these out! Although they do seem a little broken but you did the math and I trust your math over mine! If they're too broken there's always very hard mode. It solves EVERYTHING!

Also these are traits not perks. Meaning you only pick them in the beginning of the game
