Now that I've had the chance to use it, could you add another case for the Black Mountain Crater? Twice now I've been unable to find the bodies at Black Mountain. Thank you again for this mod, SO needed!

So either this mod didn't load right away and closing then re-opening FOMM fixed it or I just missed that teeny-tiny briefcase the first time around (About the size of a piece of paper). Thanks again for the fix!
Bear in mind that mods are not a cure-all and that it's nigh on impossible for anyone to fix issues like this without being able to replicate the very same problem themselves. Unfortunately, that's the nature of fault finding.
It could be a corruption in a save game that's causing the issue (for which there is no fix other than to roll back to a save game prior to starting the quest), or it may be being caused by another mod you're running. If the latter, you'd need to disable your mods one by one, trying that section of the quest each time, until the problem goes away, and then contact the author of the mod that's causing the issue.
But in any case, I would search/ask first in the above forum thread. Someone else may have already had this issue and found a fix for it...
i have a idea man, can you please make a fix for me? everytime i try to start still in the dark i dont get teleported out of the bunker, i just stand in the elder's room, and it says talk to him right after i did just talk to him, so i talk to him again and the 2nd part of still in the dark comes up, and after i talk to him, everyone starts shooting at me, can you please help me?
@mesavage: That may be true in some circumstances, but certainly wasn't for me. I even scripted into a test mod a 'player.moveto' command pointing at the reference for the missing Paladin with the tape, on the basis that, whereever she had ended up, it would drop me right next to her. Done this a few times with locating missing dead NPCs in F3.
However, guess where it moved me to? The empty bomb crater...
@streetstar5: Not included as far as I can see, no. But there's no reason why it should be incompatible with anything directly as it only adds a briefcase to the crater and make no other changes.There are no changes to anything already in the original game at all.
@zipfile: I notice there's a patch/fix in your compilation for another quest issue with Still in the Dark, but not specifically for the missing Paladins at Nellis. Is that what you mean?
I suspect people run into this problem when Nellis bombards the area when you first enter it. Might be caused by one of those stray shells that hit the bodies and propel it to a place you cannot locate it at.
Good fix for people that have this experience, but for me on 3 playthoughs I have found the body there each time.
