If you can find one look for a mod that includes a duplicator machine. So far I only know of one mod but it adds a whole bunker. If you do not mind downloading another mod, you can get a duplicator machine, armor, base, and other stuff here:
go to the console then click on the armor well obviously drop the armor first lol anyway then you click on the armor when its on the ground and it should say its name at the top of the screen then type gbo and it will give you the id form for the item then type it player.additem xxxxxxxx x the first row of x's is the number you got after typing gbo the second x is for the amount you want you can do this with any item in the game!
my favorite armor mod is there a chance that your working on the guns they use? like the laser rifles they use to kill phantoms. that woud be freaking awesome!
