i used "face ripper" to extract the face data from the save and imported it to a companion with "FNVedit" it works but the make up vanished? it looks good in the save game but when its in the companion the eye liner, eye shadow, skin tone, red cheeks, they all vanish, in the companion its just a simple face with Nova's facial geometry but it doenst look exactly like in the save game because it lacks above mentioned, is there any way to fix this?

Why? As soon as you leave goodsprings a message pops up that allows you to change name/skills/perks etc.
