The easiest way...it's stand near the locked door,hit the "`" button...mouse left click on the door and type: lock 50 ...than hit enter And door are locked with AVERAGE LOCK no keys needed...
is great too, but I honestly detest unpickable doors, especially those that aren't locked to prevent preemptive story progression! My first play through, I just plain gave up when the powder ganger wouldn't talk and pick pocketing or killing Logan (because he was an ass =) produced no key.
but really, it doesn't make much sense to me that some regular doors would be impossible to unlock unless you're on that quest so this is still a worthwhile mod :]
