To make a template such as this I used a program called Inkscape to make a vector version of the chip. it's only a texture though. In order to make 3d models you would require a 3d modelling program such a blender or 3ds max. Hope this helps!
Hi, so I have made up a complete texture using your template and have been able to wrap it in blender 2.62, but I cannot export it in that version so I use 2.49, then I export it but when I open it up in nifskope it will not show the textures just the mesh, what am I doing wrong?

I used this to make my base design for The Nexus Chips. If anyone wants to use them I will upload the files as a modders resource.
I based the design off of the chips used in the Montecito from the TV series Las Vegas on TBS. But I thought maybe calling it The Nexus Resort and Casino might get someone to make a New Casino for the Strip in New Vegas that gives props to the site we all come to for our mods.
The image with chips 1 5 10 25 50 100 500 1000 5000 is on the user uploaded images of this file.
If anyone wants to use them let me know and I will upload them.
