Hey guys, it has been quite long since I commented here.
I've been quite busy in real life, working nearly 60-65 hours while maintaining complicated social life. It is hard to say I will be supporting any of my Fallout 3/NV/TES5 mods. If you are hoping for updates on any of my public mods, it is unlikely to happen...not anytime soon.
However, with Fallout 4 announced, I am planning to create More Perks for Fallout 4, but I cannot promise anything at this point I wish I had plenty of time like I did years ago, but I have priorities in my life.
Also, super thanks to all the donors who supported this mod beyond simply clicking endorsement. I've been struggling financially in last couple months and this has been a great help. I truly appreciate it and if I ever come back to create more quest based mods, these donors will likely show up as badass NPCs and anti-heroes.

For those still using this mod and using the Nexus Mods Vortex Mod Manager, if you open up the mod manager and click on the plugins tab on the left-hand side of the Mod Manager, you will see all of your mods listed.
You'll want to find the 'More Perks' mod and look for the "More Perks.esm" named one, not the ".esp" named one. Then, look to your right for the "Mod Index" number, example mine is "0D"
So when you go to add one of the perks, like for example:
To open up your console, on PC it opens up with the "~" command next to the "1" on a QWERTY keyboard; once you have the console opened type the following:
Recap:
1. "05" is the Mod index number 2. "D2EE55" is the ID for the perk 3. "player.addperk" is the command to add the perk skill
"player.addperk 05D2EE55", then press [Enter]
...Your perk will appear in the console showing that it was added.
That's it, rinse-n-repeat for all of the perks listed that you want to add to your toon.
who is the id for the perk Friendless, the npc got stuck and I can't find it on the site and I thought about eliminating it or if there is any other way to make it appear next to me or eliminate the perk and then select it later can help me pls for this¿
So I figured out what most/all the perks do. But I am curious on HOW destiny gambler works. I know you roll the two dice, and get your results based off them. But each axis has 20 choices, so I'm curious how the dice math works or does that not matter.

For ease of access, all of the ID of the perks are listed in the Description section of the mod, just scroll down the page to find them, here is the linky: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35979?tab=description
I hope this helps someone, I noticed a lot of people asking and figured I'd post this to help others who can't figure it out.
~Cheers!
