Based on the All-American, this camouflaged Desert Carbine with enhancements won't stand out in the wastes.

Comes out of the box with Higher firepower at the cost of a reduced fire rate, and a custom day/night scope activated by low-light and at night, with less zoom than the All-American, and more than the Marksman Carbine.

Now with optional Extended Magazines and Silencer!

The gun and upgrades are sold at Gun Runners outside the Strip.

The All-American had a bug in 3rd Person view where the decal would not show.
The Desert Carbine has a custom Decal that displays correctly.

Install:
Place DesertCarbine.esp, and Texture and Mesh folders into 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data'

Optional Decal Install:
Place texture folder from DesertCarbineDecal folder into'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data'

Uninstall:
Remove the installed files and .esp.

History:

10/31/10: Version 1.2 - Fixed fire rate, adjusted DMG and DPS again, corrected reference issue with Both ext mags and silencer installed at same time.
10/30/10: Version 1.1 - Added Working Extended Magazines and Silencer; Decreased DMG and DPS to more reasonable level; Darkened Front sight, Muzzle, and Magazine, were overly bright at night. Also added optional Decal.
10/29/10: Version 1.0 - Original build.
