As for the Mercy i did not changed it on purpose as it used 40mm grenades and the replacement will eliminate the lobbing of the 400mm grenade rifle and launcher. A workaround would be to change Mercy ammo to use 25mm...i cna do that in opt file if u want

no the thing is i use vanilla items for this mod only and all the nif files - the flash effect, the scope etc are packed on most ppls comps in .bsa files. i have it unpacked on mine so the always work. did u put the file in 25mmAutocannon/meshes/interface/HUD/laserscope.nif in ur meshes/interface/HUD/ folder?
Well i'm no modder, but if i were you i'd study how some other weapon mods with similar content as yours function. what new files are added and how the esp is made. that sort of thing. Might be that the esp is faulty somehow? and does have the game look for the correct data files?
I will try to fix the problems u have with the files, the contents should all be in meshes folder, and the esp in the data folder. I am unsure why it doesnt work...will try to fix it, its my first mod and it works on my pc.

however the sight is still a "white lines on left and right side, with a exclamation mark in the center"
