This mod is s#*! and hasn't been updated in over 10 years, anything conflicting with this mod overlaps it and it disables itself, don't even bother.

It's incredible that you start crying over a mod from a decade ago, even more knowing that it works for many (including me).

Is there a way to disable the custom eyes? I don't like how it affects everyone.

Delete or hide the eye textures in the mods archive

I can't believe I'm downloading this nonsense for a single hairstyle, AGAIN. Every damn time.
Yes it works. What are you even doing if you can't get this to work? It works fine.
It's just horrific in terms of what it adds to the game. Ew.

So, this mod won't work with FCO or Fallout NV Redesigned?

For anyone who wants to unpack the bsa so you can get access to this mod's meshes and textures, use this tool. It works well for FNV and is very easy to use.

A bunch of the hair styles shown in the images, like Cool Hat, the Cool Hairs, the Room Hairs and one called simply "Braid" (which I wanted the most), are not showing up in game though most of the other styles are. I can't even select them in the character creation, the options just don't exist. I'm not using more than one hair pack or any other beauty mods or custom race mods that would conflict with this mod or overwrite those styles, so I don't know what the problem is or why this is happening. Please help!

You have both the .esm and .esp active? The .bsa is in your data folder? If yes to all, then post your load order.

Thank you so much for the fast reply! Yes, all of that is true. Also if the mod is supposed to replace the default hairstyles from the vanilla game, it isn't doing that either. It seems to be replacing the default eyes, however. Here's my load order, I have very few mods (I have NVSE and 4GB patch installed as well):

      FalloutNV.esm
      DeadMoney.esm
      HonestHearts.esm
      OldWorldBlues.esm
      LonesomeRoad.esm
      TribalPack.esm
      MercenaryPack.esm
      ClassicPack.esm
      CaravanPack.esm
      GunRunnersArsenal.esm
      MikotoBeauty.esm
Raul Repairs Everywhere - Free Repair.esp
      Yes Man Follower Mod.esp
      Lucky38Reloadedv5.esp
      MikotoBeauty.esp

Can you share the contents of this PM? Did they (OP) find a fix? I am having the same issue. Both the *.esm and the *.esp are there and Active as well as the *.bsa file are all in the DATA folder. Just started a fresh game in a new directory.

EDIT: Disregard this replay. I was using a Willow (companion Mod) face preset. I switched to a vanilla face and poof the hair and face options were there. I'll return you to your regularly scheduled program...

Get FNVEdit, load what you need in regards to mods (or just load everything you have, who cares really, it's there, you can find what you want with the text search anyway), open up this thing's tree, click on eyes and hit the delete button. FNVEdit might be a bit worried about it but assure it all is as it should be, because you know what you're about. Once this is done, upper left corner, the three lines icon, click on that and select save.
You've done it! No more pre-2000s anime eyes.

PSA: This mod still works. You just have to load its esm file last and esp after that.

It generally works, but isnt good for a new game start, i use it with TTW, so heres what you can do (it causes ctds) create your character in whatever way you do and avoid this mod, then when you exit Vault 101 use the changer there to set your character properly
