Ironically enough, "No Value Junk" also describes this mod pretty well. Who the hell picks up every burned book? If you do, you don't need a mod, you need treatment for OCD.
I like the idea of the mod, especially for hardcore mode. In FO3 i'd go to the school wipe it out and pick up everything then take the nice slow walk to Megaton and sell everything and start the game with a decent amout of caps, ammo,and armor. This mod eliminates the "compulsion" and "easy" caps Thanks and keep it up
I always wondered why a merchant would give you 1 cap each for the cans littering the ground right out the door of her shop. I made many a cap off the subways in FO3. (Even made more than one trip, lol...)

Burned books and cups for ammo... whats there not to like about picking up junk and it helps clean up our environment lol.
