Both to increase the difficulty (specially in the lower levels) and to free you from the impulse of picking up every tin can, burned book and empty bottle lying around everywhere, this file removes the value of almost every clutter that was previously worth 1 cap. Tin cans, glasses, mugs, empty bottles, etc. Makes getting caps a lot harder and (if you habitually picked up every item lying around to sell) dungeons a lot quicker.
