I really like your mod but have a really personal request to make. Will you please remove the sexist, slüt shaming poster on the wall? It makes it really crappy for me. Loose women and diseases? It's really poor taste. :-/
Also, I can't remove it myself as I'm playing this on Linux. Maybe you can upload a modified one without the poster?
Very nice mod, house is modest but packed, not overly big ( which I like a lot ), in other words - perfect.
One little thing though, could you make the Detective Gun not a Quest Item? I know it doesn't weight much, but still, I like to minimize clutter in my inventory.
Heck, just adding it to the Holdout or Improved Holdout list would fix it getting taken. Though it is helpful in those segments where you're supposed to be weaponless that some mods add.
1. Any chance of seeing an addition where perhaps a Sunset Sarsaparilla machine could be added next to the Nuka-Cola machine, with the same option of storing them and making them cold?
2. Any chance of adding a working shower to this? (Unless I missed it... browsed through it a tiny bit fast, will check again in case I missed it.)
3. Fast-travel idea... perhaps have an attached room, with hatch-doors spread out along the walls that quick-travel players to each of the other towns, where in those towns there'll be a similar hatch (similar to the entry-hatch in Goodsprings that is) in the ground to get back. That way a player could access the house from any town (similar to the "traveling base" of the Winnebago and such) and still have it be believable, since it'd be replicating the idea of walking through a tunnel/sewer.
(Might add anymore ideas I can think of, but for the most part, think it's nailed most things.)
This has been my house mod of choice, I prefer smaller housing for bases and am not a fan of the all-singing/all-dancing mods people make with ridiculous things added (just my opinion ofc) I also like being in Goodsprings and use Novac as a second base, however I have had to stop using this mod as the fridge and occasionally the gun cabinets rotate of their own accord, the fridge has also occasionally moved into the wall, making me worry I will lose it completely, shame really but I guess its time to make my own anyway, it was fun while it lasted.
I would however still recommend this mod to anyone else who wants an easy to manage small base, however avoid picking up the pistol on the desk as it is set as a quest item and cant be dropped (I changed it in the Geck but by default it is set as a quest item)
Also just in-case someone says its another mod making the fridge and gun cabinets move, I have no other mods installed, I only use the 4GB launcher because I prefer vanilla with an added home base and that's it
Just brilliant! Absolutely love this mod. There are a lot of player houses and I am gradually trying them all. This is by far the best I have come across in the "out there" category. Thank you so much. PS love the posters too!

Is possible a version with vault walls textures (just for more cleaner and no rusty metal)?
