I downloaded it through vortex first, opened game, it's not in my 'apparel' in Pipboy. I tried again, this time manually, opened gamed, still not in my Pipboy.
I read that other people had this problem too but their issues weren't addressed.
It does work on the wrangler, i've milked them several times with this mod, it also suggests it works on vikkie vance looking at it in Xedit, however until recently i did'nt even know that casino reopens.
I have mine set to 1 week, I get the notice, im headed to vegas baby.... time to milk the cow with my 10luck :P
I do wish they'd just repeat their lines though.. after the 3rd or 4th time the guy in the gomorrah just starts saying weird things like "they threw me out of the lux last week, they give me creeps" or something like that.

if you open it up in Xedit, It appears it will only track the 5 vanilla casinos.
the 3 on the strip, wrangler and vikki/vance.
It doesn't have a message to display for other casinos so I'd assume it wont' work on anything else including dead money.

edit: I loaded it into vortex instead and it worked so problem solved
