The mod works fine for the most part, it's just that a few food items seem to slip through the cracks and give small health bonuses. I've also come across a problem where my sleep meter will go into negatives sometimes in hardcore mode, as well as a bug where my character seems to be permanently inebriated after having been an on and off alcoholic, getting addicted to booze, then clean, then booze again. This may have something to do with irradiated booze but I don't know.
EDIT: Just a note, but I am not using the barter version that changes MedX to morphine, I am using an older version because I do not like the barter changes.
I like the way these changes were going, but I can't help but feel you might have taken a step out of the scope of the mod (ie. Med X to Morphine, or the increase in barter price).
Personally, I never use drinks as thirst remover (pure water for me baby). Same with stims and food - I always drink after taking those, as needed. So the whole mod seems a moot point to me. Just my humble opinion, naturally.
