Some thing you might wanna change though: 1. You put 5 Melee books. According to the wikia, it's only 4 books, but a possible 5 for Science.
2. You could add an option to specify at what level you intend to get the Intelligence Implant.
3.This one is merely a suggestion, but you might wanna make another sheet with level-by-level skill points. It's much easier to plan a character that way.

You can change parameters only in free fields in tables. I protect file for same one dont broke accidentally fields with formulas.

Today I make version for mods with perk for every level ( for max 40 levels cap )
then you'd just need to copy an paste the commands in a txt and run the bat command in game to get all the stuff
