There is a simpler way than installing this mod. To permanently add the Light Step perk to any NPC, open the console and click on them, then enter the command " addperk 00031db7 ".
Wow, don't we all feel like idiots? I save a lot of trouble downloading and testing this mod by a console command. Can't get much simpler than that. And with 70+ mods running properly (FINALLY) I'm a bit hesitant to add on.
3 years after your comment, it's still helping folks! I ran across this mod and the first thing I thought was "why do I need to have a script? Can't I just use the console?" Thanks for answering my question 3 years before I even knew what the question was!
Great idea for a mod. Was wondering how you did this, and if it is relatively simple - I really want to use one of the mods for Dean Domino, but I hate that his perk is worthless in the mojave - I'd really like a second perk for him, or to replace his current perk after Dead Money is over.
