Did you tweak the gumdrops and bubble gums as well? Because Jsawyer tweaks those to 0.1 pounds.
Does this mod has any compatibility for Jsawyer.esp? Jsawyer Ultimate, to be more specific.

An FNVedit merged patch may do the trick.

Good stuff, as the original food sanitizers have now been deleted from the game can I suggest that you get the sanitizer as the reward for saving the Vault 34 citizens as opposed to the non-existant vault trinket that Horowitz gives you.

Your ideas intrigue me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Actually I may take a crack at doing this myself if Morbide doesn't first.

EDIT: Did it. My version is up. Click my profile and find it if you'd like to see. This is the extent of pimping for my mod that I will do.

Also the health displayed in the pip-boy is incorrect when you have the sanitizer active, its easy to solve but will be time consuming and would basicly mean making the mod again from scratch, you need to add a condition to each original restore health entry for each consumable item you want the sanitizer to affect -for not having the sanitizer- in your inventory and add new restore health condition for -having- the food sanitizer in your inventory. The health bonus displays correctly in original fallout 3 because food healing is instant not time based if you follow my meaning.

I'd noticed that the sanitizer did not a damn thing, and poking around google lead me here!
Like you, I am not in to cheat&god items. When I saw this mod, the first thing that came into my mine was GREAT though the second, that I *personally* like the sanitizer being heavy, in order to not be a automatic must have, but to be a serious weighty (sorry!) decision (and to make things such as Strong Back likewise something to really contend. Thus, I'd like to request that if you ever get a spare moment, you release a 'heavy' version.
All imho of course! Either way, thank you for taking the time and trouble to make this mod!

Noticed tha tthe plus (inventory sorters compat version) was missing Gum Drops, which inventory sorters had. So, naturally, being an OCD sort, I hopped into the GECK and added it myself.

I just figured I'd be nice and share that, since I can't be the only one who's driven to OCD distraction by improperly sorted inventories.

    ...or maybe I can.

    Regardless, there you go!

Lol, do we ever disagree. You know how small it is right? Anyway, if you want me to, I'll gladly make a file with the weight of your choice. Making the weight depend upon difficulty is beyond my moddingskills I'm afraid.

that's exactly why^ i have just found the sanitizer and thought it was useless since i didn't see the rads from food go away as it did in fallout 3 so i decided to go look what the actual effect is.
seems like the vanilla sanitizer only affected the buble gum and the junk food (from what i founf on the net), so i decided to get a clear idea of what your does

Nope. If something heals 5 it ads 20% but if something heals 2 it ads 50%. It depends on what you're eating. Again, I did just like I saw it in FO3. +1 for most food items and +2 for beverages.

Why don't you just try it to see what it does?

i play on hardcore too. so it increases the health gain from all fooods by additional 20%, right?
