Description
===========
Makes military bases and outposts look the part. Adds more NPCs to the various military installations, and more.

Details
=======
Future plans for "upgrading" various military bases and outposts to look the part, mostly with more NPCs since a lot of the vanilla area's are a little sparse (for their intended purpose, especially Camp McCarran).

Currently the following area's have been "upgraded".
Camp McCarran:
-Adds about 40+ NPCs between the field and concourse
-Some will be exercising
-Some will be practicing at the shooting range
-Some will be standing guard
-And more!

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Fallout New Vegas\Data\
4. Start New Vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Upgrade
=======
If upgrading from 0.8...

In order to upgrade properly and ensure no wonkiness you need to perform a clean save:
1. Uninstall the old mod (Make sure you're not in any affected cells, anyplace without military is a safe location).
2. Start F:NV and make a new save.
3. Quit.
2. Install the new mod.
3. Start F:NV and play.

Incompatibility
===============
May have minor conflicts with any mod that edits the NavMesh for McCarran Field and/or any of the various other objects throughout.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
You may experience some slow-down, depending on your computer, where you are, and whether or not all of the NPCs have decided to congregate in the same area for the time being.

I tried my best to get them to split between area's evenly to keep a good balance of looking like a busy base and performance, but your mileage may vary.

History
=======
Version 0.81
-Fixed two NPC's fighting to stand in the same location
-Fixed NPC AI not updating unless you are in the same cell
